How often do you try to get a training refresher?

Do you do it virtually and in-person?

I try to get one every other year or so. In-person.

I should get one every year, but I don't.

I did the virtual one this year, and it was my first in quite a while.

In-person would be way better purely for the social networking aspects of it.
