I don't consider the act itself reckless, otherwise I wouldn't do it. Now, do some people exhibit reckless behavior while chasing? Absolutely!

There are reckless folks in every activity, though.
I know there are some out there who seem to hate chasers but I think it's jealousy more than anything else.
