Have any of you been keeping up with this?

State Bill 158, known as the Oklahoma Emergency Weather Response and Tracking Regulatory Act of 2025, would require storm chasers to apply for a state-issued license, which would grant them access to areas that might be closed off to the general public during a severe weather event.

Some storm chasers feel that OK would target amateur storm chasers and attempt to disrupt them. What do you think?

If that were the case, I'd almost feel like it was too much government oversight. What's stopping them from using that as an excuse to pull someone over? I'm definitely for the police, but I'm against these laws that further scrutinize me and you.

Is this bill a good thing, or is it a bad thing - what do you think?
