Long story about me so I will keep it short. Retired Federal Government, also Paramedic, also deputy Medical Examiner, also elected local and county government. Currently a disaster responder for my local and state. I live rural about 20 miles from downtown St Paul MN. My education was engineering and weather is a factor in it. Took Sky Warn about 10 years ago and have kept up to date.
